Mark Okoe Ewusi joined La Community Bank Ltd in October, 2004 as a clerk. Prior to joining the Bank, he worked with SSB Bank (now SG Ghana) for ten years.

As a clerk, Mark worked in the Savings, Microfinance, Cashiering and Advances Departments.

On promotion as Officer II, he worked in the Investment Department and the Teshie Agency of the Bank.

When he was promoted to the grade of Officer I, Mark worked briefly as Manager of the Credit Department at the Head Office and then proceeded to relieve the Manager at the Madina Agency.

Mark was later appointed as the Manager of the Madina Agency and promoted to the grade of Assistant Manager.

He was later transferred to the Internal Audit Department of the Bank.

He was again appointed as the Acting Human Resource Manager of the Bank and he is currently the Manager of the Risk and Compliance Department of the Bank.

Mark is a degree holder in B.A. Hons (English and Law) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi.
