Reindorf is the Internal Auditor at La Community Bank in Ghana. He is a Chartered Accountant, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, Institute of Internal Auditors He holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Professional Studies, an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the same University. He joined La Community Bank in January 2017, after spending 5 years working for Upper Manya Kro Rural Bank as Assistant Internal Auditor. He assists clients understand the risks that their businesses face and how these need to be controlled to generate returns in a sustainable manner through the implementation/performance of Enterprise Risk Management Programs and Governance, Risk and Control (“GRC)”  frameworks and Internal Audits.
